How to trigger the "MediaTermConnDtmfEv" Event

Hello everyone,I meet a problem while update a software recently,I try to use a phone(CP-6941 register as SIP ) and a softphone to call the cit route point,in the past,it will trigger the "MediaTermConnDtmfEv" Event,but now it doesn't work,does anything I have missed?

Hi Jian,

   Did you had  any chance to check that you have configured "out of band DTMF" on all devices to receive MediaTermConnDtmfEv.
