We need to integrate with the IM and Presence server to be able to record the content of Jabber chat interactions as well as be able to inject recording disclaimers into chat conversations. Based on the documentation we can find on the subject, we should be integrating as a Third Party Compliance server

However, we cannot locate any documentation on the API itself that would allow us to integrate as a Third Party Compliance Server. We need details on connectivity, authentication, events, and how the communication works. Can you point me to the right API documents? Or, if Third Party Compliance server is not the method we should be using to integrate and there are some other APIs available (via SIP or XMPP for example), could you please point me to the definitive documentation describing that?
We know how to use the Compliance backup database for persistence of chats, but we are looking for a real time event integration.
Thanks.
