RME 10.6.1 version in finesse remote expert mobile supervisor tab not getting add and remove tab to add url, but url categories i am getting add/remove tabs

Hi,

RME 10.6.1 version

Finesse 10.5.1 version

In finesse remote expert mobile supervisor tab not getting add/remove tab to add url, but url categories i am getting add/remove tabs.

Same issue observed in both IE and firefox.

Tested web browser versions.

1. IE9

2.IE11

3.Firefox 43.0.4

It was working on firefox earlier it stopped working, without any change in firefox. agent expert assist working fine in IE/firefox.

Does there is specific configuration web browser configuration I have to do?
