Hi, all.
I had reserved Jabber Client lab, but I didn't get an email with connection details.
I just got an email "your reservation will end in".
What is the problem?
How can I connect to my reserved lab?

What is your sandbox username? We can check the records on this side. Have you tried booking another jabbed guest sandbox?
