Jabber client - Calling issues - no audio/no phone icon - Sandbox

Hi ,

 

     I used 2 jabber clients and 2 pre-provisioned users (UserIds : user01,user02) in CUCM sandbox. These 2 jabber clients are running on my Mac laptop.

 

Jabber Version  : 12.6.1 (284405)

 

     I am able to make calls using Directory Number but not usernames following issues observed :

  1. Directly calling with userIds i.e user01 to user02 or user02 to use01 is not working , I am hearing this message , please find the attachment - Calling-NotWorking-WithUserId.png

    “Call can not be completed as dialled , please consult ur directory and call again or ask your operator for assistance”

  2. Call icon is appearing when I do a directory user search in jabber client but call icon is not appearing after user is added to contact list or in chat window. Please find the attachment - No-Call-Icon-InContactList.png
  3. Audio not working while calling with directory number
