PCCE(Packaged Contact Center Enterprise) sandbox creation unavailable

Hi team, 

Any chance we can continue to reserve the PCCE sandbox? Currently, it shows "Environment Creation Failed" with Details "Blueprint cannot be launched at the moment due to temporarily unavailable resources. Please try again"

Hi @dongzhao2024,

Joe and I have some news for you. The PCCE sandbox is ready for you to use! Sorry for the delay, we sort of ran into a snowball of issues: touch one thing, break another.

Note: The MakeCall.bat is not working for some reason. We didn't want that issue to stop from releasing for use so it will be fixed later. In the meantime, just open up another agent and make the call.
