Permitted users cannot receive the emails using Collaboration UC 10.5

We added another user but have not received the email with the login credentials for that user (Pete).

We tried adding 2 additional users to sandbox:  998e9ac5-8a29-4a41-b2aa-bc4c20e3f4bd

Pete.tyldesley@bluec802.com

 

They don't appear as permitted users.
