Sandbox - Adding Permitted Users

I've updated my sandbox properties, adding another permitted user.

I've found a topic in this forum informing that the user creation is not working anymore.

So I'd like to ask how will I be able to setup additional users for my environment? Is there an easy way as I have to create a new Sandbox environment every week? (as it expires).

Did you ever find a solution to this problem?  I too would like to create additional users and when I attempt to add users to my lab it won't permit it.
