SD WAN always on sandbox - user account is locked

Error trying to log in SDWAN always on sandbox

  1. Go to https://sandbox-sdwan-2.cisco.com
  2. Login with credentials [devnetuser/RG!_Yw919_83]
  3. sdwan login error.png

The Always-on user account is unlocked. The issue is resolved.

@michaelsp could be too many auth attempts by another user, see if this clears in an hour. Not Sure of the exact time SD-WAN locks the account for when too many failed attempts are made.

Hi bigevilbeard, thanks for the response. It's been over an hour and the account is still locked. Anything else can be done to unlock it?

@michaelsp i guess just wait for the sandbox team to check when they see your message here. Spin up the reservable SD-WAN sandbox, whilst you await this to be fixed or the password timeout to clear.

@bigevilbeard Thanks. I know about the reservable option but it requires Anyconnect VPN client that is currently blocked by corporate firewall. Hence need to be able to connect to Always On sandbox. I guess I'll have to wait until it auto unlocks or someone from admin team will act on the report.
