unable to vpn into session sent in email

as the title suggest, when provided with the vpn session via email, i cannot connect to the session. 

advice or help?

Please check your reservation is still in "Active" state. VPN credential will be revoked once the lab ended.

Thank you for your feedback. I tried it when my session was active.

If you need me to reproduce the problem, I can do it. Is there someone who I can work with?
