Hi,
I need to connect below lab.
Lab Network address: devnetsb15.cisco.com
I could ping to that server and login credential looked OK. But I got below message during establishing the connection.
4:33:46 pm Contacting devnetsb15.cisco.com.
4:33:59 pm User credentials entered.
4:34:01 pm Establishing VPN session...
4:34:12 pm Connection attempt has failed.
4:34:55 pm Contacting devnetsb15.cisco.com.
4:35:15 pm User credentials entered.
4:35:18 pm Establishing VPN session...
4:35:29 pm Connection attempt has failed.
4:38:48 pm Contacting devnetsb15.cisco.com.
4:38:59 pm User credentials entered.
4:39:08 pm User credentials entered.
4:39:08 pm Establishing VPN session...
4:39:19 pm Connection attempt has failed.
4:39:59 pm Contacting devnetsb15.cisco.com.
4:40:30 pm User credentials entered.
4:40:44 pm User credentials entered.
4:40:44 pm Establishing VPN session...
4:40:59 pm Connection attempt has failed.
I'm connecting from home network.
Any idea?

Hi,
Also, we recommend using anyconnect 3.1 to connect, especially if you have Windows 8 or 8.1. it can be downloaded from here:
Cisco DevNet - Sandbox AnyConnect
If you loose time due to this, we can extend your reservation to compensate.

Do I need to delete my existing any connect(4.1)?

Yes. You should uninstall 4.1 and install 3.1.

Uninstalled 4.1 and installed 3.1.
Same error message.
What's Web Security? is that related to the issue?
