No, we  dont have access to the linux environment as far as I know, maybe Cisco does. When the device is bootinh try to press return and or ESC to try to get to the recovery mode.

If can´t get here,  you may need RMA the device.

@jmhalegre

 Every cisco device is atually use linux on the background. In order to factory reset this device, use the mode button in the front . But, if you have a problem with the device, which it seems you do, factory reset may not be enough.

 Try the factory reset but be prepared to replace the firmware and /or return the device, if you can.

Hi Flavio,

I have pressed the Reset button for 10 seconds, but the switch does not factory reset "nothing happens", the green LED is always flashing green.

Any way to reset the computer from the Linux environment?

Thank you and best regards,

Juanmi

Hi Flavio,

The option to press Return or ESC doesn't appear, snif, snif, .....

I will have to apply for an RMA.

Thank you very much for your help,

Juanmi
