Restablecer contraseña de usuario switch cisco c9200 (password)

Hola buen día comunidad, tengo un switch C9200 en producción, necesito restablecer la contraseña sin reiniciarlo o perder la configuración que tiene almacenada.

 need to reset the password without restarting it or losing the configuration it has stored.

do you have credentials to login  to device ? (if yes you can change the password for the user)

if you do not have credential you need to go through the password reset which required switch to reboot.
