Hi,
I explain my actions :
The switch is power off.
I plug the Monitor USB cable (usb-mini), and run Putty (port COMX)
I power ON the switch.
I see the start of the switch
I push the MODE button.
I arrive on the prompt : switch:
I try to execute FLASH_INIT
but failed ...
The rest of the process to reset is not working ...
I have the feeling, that I don't have the exact good moment to push the MODE button.
" As soon as the System LED blinks"
>> It's a 9200L : no SYST Led ...
I search with Visio Stencil...It's like a "S" ?
>> It's a cogwheel . (check the attached files, at the top of the issue)

Please note if you set the config register with the "SWITCH_IGNORE_STARTUP_CFG=1" command, you have to go back and change it back before the next reboot or the unit will just ignore the config after every reboot until you do.
