DUO Mobil on Nokia Anddroid

I have DUO Mobil on my Nokia 7.2 running Android 11, build 00WW_3_690_SP07.  I have had DUO updated to version 4.51.0.0.

I get the verification numbers and enter it in.  The apps says it was approved but then it loops back to new authentication numbers and prompts to reenter the validation.

I have contacted my company IT and we have tried all the ideas.  Uninstalling DUO and reinstalling it,  recreating the and registering the device.  Changing my company password.

any new ideas?

It sounds like your company's Duo administrator might benefit from contacting Duo Supportl The support engineer can look at logging of the authentication sequence within our service to try to troubleshoot the issue.
