Hello,
We received this critical alert today, every hour we have a new one like the below:
An application fault occurred: ('egg/command_client.py send_message|556', "<class 'Commandment.CommunicationError'>", 'host: Network communication error: Broken pipe', '[egg/smtp_client.py run|852] [egg/smtp_client.py _run|899] [egg/smtp_client.py _connect|1031] [egg/omh.py get_mx_ip_list|1523] [egg/quarantine_smtp.py get_prioritized_ip_list|716] [egg/quarantine_smtp.py as_mx_response|653] [egg/quarantine_smtp.py get_cpq_host|687] [egg/sma_communicator.py get_cpq_release_interface|42] [egg/sma_communicator.py get_esa_data|82] [egg/command_client.py call|237] [egg/command_client.py send_message|556]')
As far as I understand it has to do with the quarantine and releasing an email from the quarantine, but I see no issues on the SMA or ESA.
The send_message and code 556, I think is related with the message too long /smtp code, but I am not completely sure.
No bug was found regarding this, but it seems like a bug since it's a python thing.
Any ideas guys and gals?
Thanks

It's a bug, it needs just a reboot or it will fix by itself, if you give it sometime.

time for a TAC case to get it reviewed as it might happen more often so get ahead of it.

Agreed. But i would like to give it a try before opening a tac case. It seems that there are similar errors on community there and back..
