Hi All,
Like the snapshot, Cisco Email Security Appliance Monitor > Reports > Delivery Status
How long does it we can see in ESA view data? Latese one day? 12hours? or ....? I also want to know that can I see soft bounce informations (statistical informations, like how much emails has sended, how many soft bounce has done in the period time) in another place in ESA, can I set a time period?

Hello 360rundll,
The above Raed provided will give you a glance of the data (latest) overall for that host, similar to what you will be seeing in the Delivery Status on the GUI.
We will not be able to determine in a pre-defined report statistical information of how many soft bounces were done in that hour/day and such, as it's the global overall of the counters listed.
To locate information per domains on how many soft bounce per day or hour, you can pull a similar lot of data on your message tracking.
Search for the sending domain in question.
Click Advanced
Select Soft bounce events
Set your date/time-frame and search.
Once done, export all to CSV to get an idea. (Note : it is limited to ~25000 entries per CSV).
Regards,
Matthew

Hi, from the CLI check the following commands:
1. status detail
2. hoststatus
3. tophosts > "select one of the following" soft bounce events or hard bounce recipients

Raed
