Not that we are aware of any of the issues reported here.
as you mentioned it was not accessble via IP and console, looks like the kit gone dead as per the information.
If you have physical access to the kit,. connect console cable and hard boot the device, (remove the Power cable, wait for 10min and reseat the power cable and check the console logs)

after that still no console at all, then contact TAC for RMA
