working fine for us.

Try the following to restart all GUI services

CLI

diagnostic

services

webui

RESTART

I hope this helps, after the restart check the same path but select "STATUS" to see if all services came back up.

Alternatively you can check the content of the /gui_logs/gui.current file to see if there are any issues reported which require a TAC ticket. You should also try with a different browser.

Hello Balaji/Marc,

Thank you for your response.

We have restated the appliance and webui services. Even though the services status is still not loading (Remaining all tabs are working fine monitoring, tracking,Quarantine)

Please note the SMA version is 13.6.2-052 and its a new tab which is available on the latest web console.

Aside could you please guide me , how can we get the log file for /gui_logs/gui.current

Attaching the screenshot again.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Harish

to check the GUI logs for error, please sent via private message.

connect via SSH to console

grep "error" gui_logs

grep "warning" gui_logs

just share a screen copy or the displayed lines of both commands.

Hi Marc,

Please find the error/warning CLI outputs.

>grep "error" gui_logs

Nothing in the logs which would shed light into the issue.

Now you need to open a ticket with Cisco TEC, I think the will remove the ESA's from the SMA and add them again but this si better doen by somebody who can guide you in real time thru the process.

Sorry I could not help more
