We shut-downed the CLI for the C670 and M1070 old on-prem servers as we are no longer using.
Do we need to re-turn the servers to the Cisco or we can Scrap them?

Depends on your agreement, some Cisco vendor offers 5% pay back for old servers, you can bin them with certificate produced to them you have scrap them for reference.
