Domain reputation data is showing 0 on SMA

Dear All , 

 

We have two ESA integrated with SMA. We have enabled domain reputation on Cisco ESA according to the Cisco document and on ESA mail logs we can see the SDR logs as well.

But on SMA for the domain reputation (SDR) report, it is showing 0 count.

Can you please let me know why it is showing as 0?

I think you'd better to open a case to Cisco TAC with your ESA version and SMA screenshot etc. to further check. I guess this should be a known issue and might be fix in 15 version.
