ESA - Error while trying to download the configuration file

When we are trying to download the configuracion file, it appears a new screen with application error.

This is the log that we recieved:

Anyone knows how to fix it?

what is the version of code running, try reload the box and check, if not looks for me Bug, open a TAC case.

As per i know13 code faded, Looks for me bug, raise TAC will be good.

It seems there's a KeyError related to 'ip6' when downloading the aquarium filter configuration file. Check your network settings for correct IP6 configuration. If the issue persists, consult the software's support team or user manual for further assistance.

config_xml.py cannot generate xml config file due to missing ip6 key in dictionary. seems there is corruption in ip6 relevant-setting.
you can open TAC case, they will check from backend and fix it.
