Hi,
Is there a way to exclude some senders from BULK categorization or to ask for a recategorization ?
It is possible to make whitelistent with some content filters but it seems to be impossible with Graymail detection engine.
Have a nice day
Guillaume
Solved! Go to Solution.
The way to do this for some senders is to create a policy that applies to these senders, and then change what happens in Graymail detection for that group... we also had to turn off spam detection because a couple of them are pretty spammy.
We do still let graymail detection decide if its bulk or marketing and stamp it as such.

Ok I thank there was a simplier way to to this with exeception list directly in Graymail Engine.
Thanks for the answer
