In the ESA Configuration guide, it lists a step as "If you want to use the hosted key service, create a Cisco Registered Envelope Service corporate account. You create the account by clicking the Provision button after configuring an encryption profile."
When I click the Provision button, I get an error message saying "Cannot find account". Am I doing something wrong? Am I missing something?

Hi,
CRES provisioning is required for initial setup.
Please send an email to stg-cres-provisioning@cisco.com with the following information.
1. Name of account: Usually a company name:
2. Email to be used for the Account Admin:
3. The serial number(s) of ESA appliances that will be doing the encryption:
Our provisioning team will then initiate all further steps.
We will update our documentation to make this more obvious.
Regards,
Enrico

No, their docs are fubard.
Call TAC. You can't provision unless they tie your machine to your account...

Yes, I have been able to send a couple test emails since getting this configured this morning. It seems to be working for me now, thanks.

We worked this request this morning. Tim opened a case directly with TAC, and also sent the request email into the provisioning mailer as suggested.
Tim - if this isn't answered, or working properly - let us know.

Robert
