IronPort C170: can Quarantine Notifications be sent to two recipients

Hello,

We have disabled End-User Quarantine Access and have configured 1st line support with permissions to release quarantine emails.

We want to configure Quarantine notifications to be send

1. to the email recipients and

2. to a 1st line support email address.

Searched through documentation and forums, but could not figure it out.

Is this configuration possible?

The end user spam notifications are currently only sent to the end users (intended recipient of the email).

If you would like to add a notify action for another recipient, it can be accomplished using content filters however it would generate one notification per spam email detected and not provide a notification report with list of all emails for that recipient.

To accomplish this you could add a custom header under Mail Policies -> Incoming Mail Policies -> Anti-Spam and then use the custom header as a condition for content filters.

Without the notifications user roles with access would need to monitor the quarantine using a generic URL for the appliance and release the emails as required.
