Hi Team,

I would like to know which is the max capacity of users in a mail policy.

Let me explain myself.

We have some Policies, where we add some users but our concern is, if we put so many email address/domain in a Policy, this may have problem to process, I'm talking about 500+ emails/domain in one line separate by ","

Its been a while but I was talking to someone at Cisco IT... and they have very large lists in mail policy (1000's?) but they were managing it via CLI.
It got so big that the GUI just couldn't handle it. I don't know what that number is.

You can now manage that via API in 15.5, but I haven't tried it yet.

Hi Ken,

The thing is that we want like put in there several email address and domain, but just in one enter.

For example, put in that square all 500+

So, I don't know what the limit is... but I tested it by building 1500 email addresses that were 45 characters long, and pasted it in.
It let me submit/commit it, and querying it via the API pulled it...

I don't know how it will perform, but I think you'll probably be fine... ?

Actually, there is no such documented limit form CISCO officially-  As such you can add virtually unlimited numbers.
The only problem is GUI will be slow.
if you are comfortable to manage it via CLI it will be good .

and I would say, for eveyr 3000 entries create a new dictionary and add it to same policy or create a similar policy,.
