Hi,
I have two ESAs with a SMA integration with the "Centralized Email Message Tracking" enabled. But the license has expired and I'm not sure when the client can renew it. So, obviosly because the license expiration, I cant access to the email message tracking. But I have to check some details of emails sent before the license expired. Is anyway i can see that info?
If i disble the "Centralized Email Message Tracking" on the ESAs, will I be able to see the email tracking just starting from that day or I will be able to see the previous records cirectly on the ESAs?

You can loging and view or you can dowload the logs if they subscribed to store Locally

When you disable "centralized message tracking" on ESA, you will start seeing only the logs based on new messages processed by the ESA. It will not show any older message tracking data
