We have configured the ESA and SMA for account lock out.
Is there any way to trigger an email notification or another event for alerting?

The device should generate information alerts in the event of an account lock out with the below details.
---- Subject: Info <System> 'ESA hostname': User "(user account)" is locked after X consecutive login failures... The Info message is: User "(user account)" is locked after X consecutive login failures. Last login attempt was from XX.XX.XX.XX. ----
You would need to navigate to System Administration -> Alerts to confirm you are subscribed to receive informational system alerts.
