Good morning,
I just installed FindIt Discovery Utility. I asked me for login credential. I am not sure which one I use. Does it ask for network device' credential or something else?
I just bought the Wireless Access Point 371 for Wireless . I want to configure and setup for this device.
Thanks,
Long

What operating system are you using? Microsoft Windows or Apple MacOS? Normally this will just require the username and password you use to log on to the PC.
Cheers,
Dave.

FindIT 2.0 will not accept my newly created Windows 10 OS credentials, please help. can't find or access my new cisco 250 series smart switch; yet internet passes through to my computer. the switch is getting internet from my xfinity business cable modem/router.

Hi Clayton,
What type of user is this? A domain user or a local user? And does the user have administrative privileges?
Could you PM me the log file from C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco Small Business\FindIT\FindITServer2020-06-xx-xx.log?
Thanks,
Dave.

The log file below suggests that an incorrect user ID or password is being used:
< 11>2020-06-12 14:37:38 FindIT[5656]: [ERROR] pid: 5e0 : errno number=1326): Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.
Are you sure you entered the username and password for the user that is logged on to the PC?
Cheers,
Dave.
