Hello @sydney-vwalika ,
the default user name is cisco and the default password cisco (lowercase). If the router is new, you should get in with the default username and password.
If router was preowned, you might need to reset it. See attached link for the admin guide - https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/routers/csbr/rv320/administration/guide/en/rv32x_AG_en.pdf

Try using Internet Explorer (version 6 and higher) for Windows, Firefox, or Safari (for Mac).

Did you connect your PC to one of the LAN ports on the RV325? Did it get an IP address from 192.168.1.xxx range from the DHCP server running on the RV325?
Have you tried using HTTPS to connect to the router, https://192.168.1.1? A site security certificate message is displayed upon connection. The Cisco RV320/RV325 uses a self-signed security certificate.

Just to be sure, your setup is this one:
RV325------------------PC
There is nothing else connected to the RV325. Can you share the outputs of the following commands from your PC when it's connected to the LAN port of the RV325:
netstat -nr
arp -a
ipconfig
