could someone please, help me with the issue that I have?

But in theory is it possible to connect C9115AXI-E and SoluM ESL USB gateway?

I recently came across your blog post. My name is Glenn, and I work at SOLUM. Yes it is possible.

To clarify, you’ll need a Newton Cisco USB Gateway (this is because Cisco only supports serial to USB, unlike other vendors like Meraki, which support USB to Ethernet, the "normal" Newton USB Gateway is not supported). After that, you need to plugin the Newton Cisco USB Gateway, and deploy the container application via DNAC.
