Cisco FND PnP error while device onboard

Hi Folks,

Can I configure Cisco CSR 1000v virtual routers via Cisco FND PnP Service? When i tried, i get "PnP Service Error 1702" (I/O error). Is there anyway to overcome this? What is this error about?

I understand this model is not there in FND's supported device list(to use as FAR), but is it possible for me to test this device for PnP and Bootstrapping alone by tweaking something?

Hi.

You cannot use CSR1k to test PnP with FND. CSR1k is defined as a head-end router and is configured differently from a field area router (FAR).

You cannot tweak it to test PnP. Please look into using an ESR5921 instead.
