Cisco IR829 does not get ip address

hello i am trying to configure my cisco 829 with this simple code snipped but the device refuse to ping 8.8.8.8 or 0.0.0.0 etc and the cellular 0/0 or 1/0  refuse to get ip address, i use a generic sim card and i dont know if the problem is related to that but the sim cards seems to be active and working, my current config is
