IE3300 Dropping Frame from Basler Cameras

The IE3300 is having problems not dropping frames when two Basler Cameras are connected to it.

The competitive Fortinet switch is able to when Flow Control is set to TX, why can't we set it to TX on the IE3300?

Or how can we configure the IE3300 to stop dropping frames?

We have tried QoS, which didn't work.

Using a 10Gig uplink works, but the 1Gig does not.
But the 1Gig on the Fortinet does.

the ie3300 does not support transmission of flow control msgs to link partners.   Use QOS instead to control any potential congestion on egress by dropping lower priority traffic.

can you share output of

  1. QOS policy used on egress interface dropping traffic.
  2. complete interface configuration for same interface
  3. the output of "show platform hardware qos asic 0 interface <intf>".  where <intf> is the ethernet interface suspected of dropping traffic
  4. show CDP neighbor, or show LLDP neighbor
  5. show interface status
