Couple of my colleagues have upgraded to this version since it came out few days ago, I have not heard of any issues. Typically SU releases are pretty safe as they only address bugs and do not introduce any new features, hence less risk for new bugs.
11.5.1SU2 addresses few major bugs, so if you are running into those or if this is new install I would recommend this version.
