2801 won't recognize vic2-2fxs in show voice port summary

Hello I have a cisco 2801 router that does not recognize the fxs module. I don't know if this is the right place to ask , I am a bigginer in voice also.  If there is something else you need to know about the router please ask me

do you have installed PVDM modul ?

if not, you have to FXO/FXS to work

You need PVDM2 modules for the voice port to work.
