I've using CUCM 6.1. For access to PSTN we use 2821 Routers. The router is configured as an SIP-Trunk on CUCM. For MOH to PSTN we want to use the call-manager-fallback config on the voice router.
With h323 everything works fine. Since we use SIP MOH doesn't work!
Sip trunk supports MOH in CUCM 6.0. Activate "ip voice streaming" service. It will start MOH, Annunciator, software MTP and software CFB. By default all of them will be in default MRG/MRGL pool, which means can be accessed by everyone.
