How did you refer "test" on your device ?

Not sure, no experience with helios. Was does it have, a web page to configure ? Is there a registrar/registration/sip section ? Add a snapshot.

Seems a bit similar to Xlite. The username/password that you have under the pool is incorrect. Correct that and if the phone does not register still, enable the following -

debug ccsip message
debug ccsip error
debug voice register event
debug voice register error
