(3 out of 22 7941ip phones not registering with CUCM 8.6.1

I've got 3 phones that show up as "registered" in the CUCM but don't actually come up. I can't even reset the phone from the CUCM anymore. They have worked before but didn't come up after the CUCM was reset. Their screens do have the correct time and date but the rest is all blank. I have seen the "Authentication failed SCCP41.9-2-1S" several times. But its just really weird that it will show as Registered with the call manager but nothing on the phone itself changes. Has anyone else had this issue before?

Which firmware version are these 3 phones on? If they are older maybe it is an Version before 8.4, so you have to upgrade to 8.5 first.

If they are newer, maybe this version is too old for the phone Hardware. You can check this on the webinterface of the phone.
