Hope someone could help me. I have a problem with the sip client and CUCME. Teleworker has vpn connection to HQ, throw that connection he need to use SIP client (XLite) to use corporate telephony. All is working fine, but every incoming or outgoing call goes only 30 sec (PSTN) and 18 sec (GSM) and then drops.
I have made debug of ccsip messages and there are no ACK message after 200 OK. So it is sending 200 OK messages, but didn't recieve any ACK, after that connection is dropping. RTP is going well, so I can talk to the remote destination for 30 seconds.
When we tested this in the lab, we had 15.1 IOS version and the same problem. We found the solution in connection-reuse command, but it was introduced only in 15.1 version, and we have 12.4
Any ideas?
