Hi there,
Under the line settings try adjusting the max calls/busy trigger settings to be greater than the configured amount.

Also, make sure the shared line on the third phone is configured properly in the same partition and is not in a separate partition (or the null partition). CUCM will view that as a separate DN not a part of the shared line of the other two phones.

hi ealtun,
In case of shared lines on 69xx phones...
- For SCCP, to support Multi call per line, CUCM 8.6 is a must.
- For SIP, this feature does not have any dependency on CUCM. It is backwards compatible
with CUCM 7.1.5.
Cisco Unified IP Phone 6921, 6941, 6945, and 6961 Administration Guide for Cisco Unified
CM 8.6 (SCCP and SIP)

The Cisco Unified IP Phone 6921, 6941, 6945, and 6961 support one call per line. Cisco
Unified CM sets the Maximum Number of Calls (MNC) per line, and Busy Trigger (BT) per line
attributes to 1 and these fields cannot be changed, As a result, the line appears to be
busy to a second incoming call when there is an active call present on the line.
But we also have this:

9.2(1) (SIP)

Multiple Calls per Line Appearance
The Multiple Calls Per Line feature supports multiple calls for each line. By default,
your phone supports two active calls per line, and a maximum of six active calls per line.
Your system administrator can adjust this number of active calls (not exceeding six calls)
according to your need. Only one call can be connected at any time; other calls are
automatically placed on hold.
This feature is supported on the following Cisco Unified IP Phones (SIP):
.Cisco Unified IP Phone 6921
.Cisco Unified IP Phone 6941
.Cisco Unified IP Phone 6945
.Cisco Unified IP Phone 6961
Hope this helps!
Thanks,
Karthik
