SIP trunk between CUCM 12.5 and VG310
In and out bound calls are working to FXS ports on VG310 using SIP dial peers
When VG310 port does a hook flash transfer VG310 sends a REFER then CUCM sends FORBIDDEN
I am not sure why it I am getting the 403 message. If I call the same number I am transferring to directly from the port the call goes through. Why would I get a 403 on transfer?
