404 Not Found from Jabber clients on Incoming calls from PSTN

My customer has a CUCM cluster ( Pub & SUB) System version: 12.5.1.15900-66.

PSTN access provided by SIP connection to one CUBE.

Customers using jabber can establish outgoing calls to PSTN with no issue.

Customers using jabber are UNABLE to receive inbound calls from PSTN, when you call from outside no ring for some seconds and call drops.

Call flow:

PSTN --SIP --> CUBE --SIP --> CUCM cluster ( pub & sub) --> Jabber client

From initial validation we found:

a) Calls are arriving properly to CUBE ( no DID issue from SP).

b) Inbound CSS of CUBE has access to internal DN's partitions.

c) After proper digit analysis by CUCM , calls are forwarded to correct internal DN ( and Jabber client).

d) Destination Jabber client is responding initial SIP INVITE with "404 Not Found" message and once CUBE receive it, it sends a 503 Service unavailable to PSTN caller, and call is disconnected.

e) When I configured internal DN to "Fwd all calls" to voice mail, inbound calls from PSTN get access to customer voice mail greeting and PSTN caller can leave a message.

f) I validated that CUBE has network connectivity to Jabber client's network.

Any recommendation will be welcomed, to continue troubleshooting

Thanks in advanced for help

Please do the following steps:

- Make an Inbound call to that client

- Generate a PRT and attach here.

Thanks a lot
