500 Headset series integration with CUCM

Has anyone managed to add/import any Cisco 561/562 headsets into CUCM?

We have 20 of these headsets but can only see one on the CUCM inventory which was automatically added, we cannot work out why only one and how to import others.

Hi,

You can not add/import Cisco 561/562 headsets into CUCM. You need to connect these headsets behind your Cisco IP Phone. To use this series, you need either the standard base or the multibase. The bases plug into the call device (i.e. Cisco IP Phone) and facilitate communication with the headset. Please check this User Guide for setting up your headset:
