6921 firmware update link

Dear Experts,

There have more than 40 Cisco6921 IP phones majority of phone are showing the miss call details. however several phones ,wont be able to view the numbers.

i was referred above link earlier and realized what was the root cause. which means its a firmware  issue. 

so how to solve the issue. Or where i can find the official Firm ware .More over how to upload into the IP phone.

You can find the firmware at the following link. Search for 6921 and then choose the applicable software - SIP/SCCP.
