6921 IP Phone softkey

Hi

I am facing issue with this model , when i setup soft key it will appear to first 3 buttons of 4 button , means last button doesn't show any thing even there are 4 features in my soft key

Is it showing nothing or showing  two dots. what happens when you press the fourth button.

in the last button  is showing nothing but other soft key button fine , also i created new soft key template with no luck

i got what was the issue

that recent is not showing in soft key so when i changed recent it appears , but if if i want recent to show in this model is there any way
