Hi,
I have installed around a 100 6921 phone's and they register correctly on CM 8.5 and on a CM 7.1
When they are registred you can click on the IP address of the phone and it will show the network settings and other things.
This works for all phone's except the 6921
What has changed for the 6921 phone's?
There is no problem with routing or FW, because any other 79XX phone in the same VLAN, I have acees to the internal web server.

Please try to input the ip address of the 6921 in your browser directly, and see what error you get, and better have a wireshark capture when you try to access the 6921, and see what happen to the http request.

I think I know the problem, although I don't have the solution yet.
Between me (on VPN) and the voice VLAN from customer there is in both cases an IBM security device at customers site.
It seems that the web content from the 79xx is passed through the IBM security thing, but from a 6921 not.
When I disable the web access from a phone, this IBM web thing replies that host is not responding.
So for the moment I don't think that it is a Cisco problem, or the 6921 should send some IP packets that are not compatible or have something extra that is not standard. Or the IBM must be updated to understand 'newer' HTTP' packets.
