7821 not downloading firmware

Trying to update some 7821 phones from sip78xx.10-1-1SR1-4 without CUCM.

Setup:

1. DHCP server with option 150

2. TFTP server

3. Downloaded Firmware 78xx.10-1-1SR2-1.zip file.

But getting attached error on TFTP server.

Do those files exist on CUCM?   If so you could try copying them from CUCM to your TFTP server.  Have you done a full delete on the phone first?

No these are old phones. On CUCM I have updated firmware. Wanted to update firmware before connect to CUCM. Also tried to factory reset but same issue.

unzip 78xx.10-1-1SR2-1.zip file to a folder and make this folder as  the TFTP root folder.

I already unzip it in tftp root folder and makes the changes in default xml file. But still it is not downloading.
