Hi All ,

I tried to register 7821 through expressway but it gave me "not found" although the jabber registered successfuly.

78XX need to be at a minimum 11.0.1 firmware for MRA. What is the firmware that you are running ? Also what is the cucm and expressway version ? Is the phone prompted for a MRA
login ?

Was the EXP-E certificate signed by one of the public CAs which are required for MRA with ip phones?

Hi Jaime,

The problem solved by reinstalling the certificate but i have a new problem we have a third part corporate directory and it appears when using jabber by MRA and not appear when using the hard phone when using MRA !!!!!!!!
