7821 won't register from different vlan

Hello Guys,

we have bought 7821 SIP phones but unfortunately they wont register unless on they are on the subnet as the CME.(tested and they register normally)

i used session-transport tcp but the problem persists. 

Below is my CME version, configuration and some debug voice register events and voice register errors outputs.

Hi, 

For SIP phones to register from remote vlan, you need to configure authenticate register command under voice register global and configure username xxx pass xxx under your voice register pool. Try that and let us know the result.

Well i have another issue with the same CME. The clock is not correct. I did put the timezone, however nothing is changing. can you help on this issue?

Hello sir, I have similar problem router 4321 as call manager with dhcp phones 7821 work fine, but when try to use phones through another router connected to 4321 and using it as dhcp helper network is fine, phone take address and tftp address but not registering
